First thing first, stop fighting the burnout, it's already here so no need to waste more energy trying to fight against it.
Yes, accept and surrender, then and first then, you'll be free to start your healing journey.
That was one of the toughest thing for me to do, accepting the illness, which only postponed everything. It wasn't until I genuinely allowed myself to see the reality for what it was. I had driven myself into the burnout, and there had been SO MANY signs along the way that I had ignored. But do you want to know the best part? Since I had caused it, I could also fix it, and so can you.
As the one being on "the other side" of the burnout, looking back, I'm so grateful for the woman I was who started the journey, for girl oh girl (I know the expression is man oh man or boy oh boy, but we're switching that here), she was a strong woman, who got me here. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be the woman I am today, and for that, I am forever grateful to her. And it all started when she surrendered to the burnout - which truly was a blessing in disguise.
Gorgeous, let go, do it scared, just do it, let go of the need of control, and let yourself be guided through this journey.
Much Love,
