My Anxiety Attack was My Knight in Shining Armor

I will never forget that day, I was on my way to the University, and I was driving because my anxiety had increased so much, and I didn't feel comfortable traveling with public transportations if I needed to get home ASAP.


It had already started that morning, the anxious feelings, but I did everything in my power to distract myself and avoid them (fyi that's the worst thing you can do).

I jumped into the car, put on some music and started driving. I could feel how the anxiety kept growing inside of me and I was stuck there in the car and my only thought was "You can't pass out here, think about all the people in the other cars".. Yup, back then, I was always thinking about everyone else before me.


I called my cousin S, she had the experience and she was my safety net. She helped me stay focused and kept me company till I had found an exit from the highway and could turn around. Then I found another exit on my way back, an exit to a gas station where I drove in and parked the car. We agreed it was time for me to call the doctor, which I did, while sitting there on the ground by my car, trying to get through the anxiety attack.


That was my wake up call, I couldn't do this by myself anymore, I needed the help. And that's how and when my healing journey started.


After my healing journey, that's when God (Universe or whatever you might call the higher power) sent coaching my way, and I knew this was my mission, I was going to use my experience to help other women who has ignored there signs for too long. Thanks to my personal experience I know why and can relate, thanks to the coaching course and program I know how to help. I have traveled the road.

And again, I'm not a doctor or psychologist, I don't cure any illnesses. I help you understand yourself on a deeper level, coaching is about building from your present and forwards. And of course, for you to be able to move forward, you need to know what's holding you back, but the focus is on your goal and your present.


Anxiety is a sign on the surface, but the cause of it is coming from below the surface.
