Me thinking what's the difference between health and health?

Why is it okay to have and talk about physical health related goals, but when it comes to emotional and mental health we're ashamed, or keep it to ourselves?

When you're healing from burnout, your focus will be on healing from the illness, and often it's about how you want to feel physically "normal again".

- You want to be able to get out of bed every morning (more or less) without any major effort and without a heavy head. - You wanna be able to participate in longer conversations with your friends without having to say "what?" Or "sorry can you repeat that again" over and over again. - You wanna be able to go to the grocery store (without needing sunglasses and earphones). - You wanna be able to go to social events with friends, without an emotional hangover for days after. - You wanna be able to go through a day without anxiety, overwhelm and overthinking. The work during and after, is an inside job, mentally and emotionally that also effects you physically.

You most probably wouldn't be embarrassed over a broken leg, so why would an exhausted brain be something to be ashamed about?

Lovely, a burnout is about creating a healthy balance between your body, mind, heart and soul.
