Don't Forget Who You Are

Writer's picture: Terese SacramentoTerese Sacramento

Sometimes we get on a sidetrack, but it's up to you to get back to the right track, your track.

Let go of the feelings and thoughts of you being a victim. Step into your power, own your situation.

As Rebecca Campbell so beautifully expresses it; "It can be painful and scary, but once we begin the journey, we can be more ourselves than ever before" and that my love, will make it all worth it.

You will start experiencing true confidence, true self love and true peace.

Imagine an everyday life where it doesn't feel like a full-time work to be you.

Imagine waking up feeling excited and grateful for being you, for having a new day ahead of you, that you can choose how you, and with who, you want to spend it with.

Imagine being surrounded by people who uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you to grow stronger and better, to become more you and not less you.

Today I ask you to take a power moment. Do what makes you feel powerful. Don't even waste time thinking if it's shallow or not, you do you! For me, I feel the most powerful when I embrace my femininity, put on my 5 minutes makeup, a tight dress and dance at home to my favorite music, it may or may not be a mix of 90s gangsta rap and badass women pop songs lol

When do you feel the most empowered? Where are you, what do you do, how do you dress, what do you listen to, who are you with?

XoXo
