Allow yourself to stay in your cocoon as long as needed

It's okay to pull back and not being social. Think of your healing process as the same as it is for the butterfly, which goes through different stages before it can spread it colourful wings and fly.

It needs to be in the cocoon alone while transitioning. You maybe need the same. I know I needed it.

I don't know about you, but for me, my senses were so affected by my burnout, and there were days when I felt it stronger. If I went out on those days, I was like a magnet to all the energies around me, I couldn't turn it off and it got overwhelming.

And honestly, this can still happen today, even as healed, but now I have strategies and I see the signs. I know how to pick myself up and give myself what I need to recover. It's not near the same levels as when I was in my burnout.

Don't feel guilty, yes I know it's hard because you want to be there for everyone else as you've always been, but that's a habit you need to let go off. You need to learn how to be there for YOU, lovely.

The boundaries you set is for your wellbeing, and you know what? You feeling the best, is in your loved ones interest as well, if they truly are your loved ones. Think about it. Think about someone you love, you love to help and support this woman or man, to see her or his own magnificent, right? You get happy and excited to see her or him go after their dreams and doing what makes them feel the best.

Why wouldn't you do the same for you? If you need some time off, some alone time, to rest, heal and recover, so that you can grow into being the woman you're meant to be. Don't you think they'd support that too? It often just come down to communication. Saying it's not about them, it's about you and what you need right now.

It's time for you to be there for you, as you love to be there for everyone else, and also allow your loved ones to be there for you <3

I wish you a wonderful Saturday

XoXo Terese
